Work Log

Transparent time tracking for all work performed on your account by the Webfluentia team. Every task — from SEO optimization to website development — is logged with date, hours, category, and description so you can see exactly what was done and when.

Activity Log

The main view shows all logged work entries in a table:

Entries are sorted by date (newest first) by default.

Work is organized by type to give you a clear picture of where time is being invested:

Category Breakdown

A visual donut chart shows how time is distributed across work categories:

  • Each category is color-coded
  • Hover to see exact hours and percentage
  • Quickly identify where the most effort is being spent
  • Useful for comparing planned vs. actual time allocation

Search & Filter

Find specific work entries quickly:

  • Search — Full-text search across descriptions and remarks
  • Category filter — Show only entries for a specific category
  • Date range — Filter to a specific time period (this month, last month, custom)
  • Sort — Order by date, hours, or category

Stats Overview

Summary cards at the top show aggregate metrics:

How It Works

Work log entries are stored in the work_log table in Supabase with client_id for multi-tenant isolation. Entries are created by your Webfluentia account manager or team members through the dashboard admin interface.

The work log provides full transparency — you can see exactly what work is being done on your account, how time is being allocated, and how it relates to the services you're paying for.
