Generate branded, professional reports covering leads, SEO, ads, analytics, and CRM performance. Reports pull data directly from your dashboard — no manual data entry needed.

Report Types

Each report type has a structured template with pre-defined sections, charts, and tables.

Creating a Report

  1. Go to the Reports tab and click + Report
  2. Select a report type from the dropdown
  3. Choose a date range (custom or preset: this month, last month, last quarter)
  4. Click Generate — data is pulled automatically from all connected sources
  5. Review the report in the built-in viewer
  6. Publish to finalize, or keep as draft for further editing

Report Viewer

View generated reports directly in the dashboard with:

  • Formatted sections — Clear headings and structured content
  • Data tables — Key metrics presented in sortable tables
  • Charts — Visual representations of trends and breakdowns
  • Summary cards — Highlight KPIs at the top of each section

Every report can be:

  • Printed — Uses a print-optimized CSS layout for clean A4 output
  • Saved as PDF — Use your browser's "Print to PDF" function or the built-in export button
  • Shared — Published reports can be shared via a direct link

Report Lifecycle

Scheduled Reports

Reports can be configured to generate automatically on a schedule:

  • Monthly — Generated on the 1st of each month for the previous period
  • Quarterly — Generated at the start of each quarter

Scheduled reports are saved as drafts for review before publishing.

Report data is only as current as your latest data syncs. Ensure Google Ads, Search Console, and social accounts are actively syncing for complete reports.
